New Guest Profile All new guests are kindly asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete a new guest profile, unless completed in advance through Booker.


Late Arrival To honor the time reserved for each guest, appointments that begin late due to guest arrival may be condensed to accommodate the remaining treatment time available. Full service fees may still apply.


Code of Conduct Élevé Collective is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for every guest. Guests are expected to communicate respectfully and conduct themselves appropriately during all appointments and interactions. Disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behavior, including inappropriate language or conduct, will not be tolerated. Élevé Collective reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if these expectations are not upheld.


Liability Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information, including any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments that may affect the safety, suitability, or outcome of services. By booking and receiving treatment, guests acknowledge that they have disclosed all relevant information and understand that individual results may vary. Élevé Collective reserves the right to modify or refuse treatment when necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the guest.


Forms of Payment Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. Élevé Collective accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that SpaFinder and Spaweek Gift Cards will not longer be accepted.
Returned checks, declined payments, or unpaid balances returned for any reason remain the responsibility of the guest. The guest will be responsible for the original balance due, along with any returned payment fees and any additional fees incurred.


Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you. Please give 24-hour notice to cancel your treatment or session. All cancellations within 24 hours are subject to payment in full at the discretion of each practitioner.
